RETURN/REFUND POLICY
The Stonewall Jackson House Museum Shop makes your satisfaction a priority. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item in re-sellable condition if returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. After 30 days, items may be returned for in-store credit only. After 90 days, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be granted. Please contact us at 540.464.7704 or email the Museum Shop before sending any item. Remember that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
